Over the last few days there has been much mention of a  young woman, Emma West, who found herself on a train full of people from whom she felt alienated. She felt alienated because they were a different colour from herself. Emma suffers from depression and in  her mind, these people were part of her problem. She lashed out, oblivious to her young child seated on her lap.  However Emma's actions were caught on camera.  Emma is now seen as a heroine to those who, even without her illness, see not ordinary people around them, but some sort of perceived threat.

What of those people she insulted and abused in her fear, anger and confusion, people going about their lawful business? The idea that immigrants have come to England to wipe out the native English would have been seen as a possible work of fiction or the ravings of a lunatic a few years ago. Instead this massive psychosis is now accepted and propagated through out Europe. Anders Breivik is now in the care of mental health team after killing 70 of his own citizens  to prevent this perceived threat becoming a reality in his own country. However all over the internet are people spreading this distortion of reality.

I am in a particularly poignant position. I know what it means for racial craziness to get out of hand. Here I am, witnessing the nightmare madness take firm hold. The arresting of Emma West has not helped as she is now elevated from person with mental health problems and poor coping skills to victim of  state heavy handedness.

I have wasted much time over these last few days, reading people's comments, commenting myself. I conclude, it was not worth the effort. Nothing I say will remove hate from a mind that is determine to hate. My time is better spent on looking to repair the damage that hate reaps in the lives of families like my own. So if I have commented on your page, don't listen to me. Ask yourself... what kind of world are you creating, a world carved out of hate and fear?
